Return Policy
We want your Ivy Jungle order to arrive safely, happy and ready to settle into its new home. While we don't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind, we're here to help if your plant arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order.
🌱 Plants can be a little sensitive after their journey
A little movement, a bent leaf or some minor cosmetic damage can happen during transit. This is completely normal and usually nothing to worry about. Plants are resilient, and with a little time and care, they will often bounce back beautifully.
If your plant has arrived with significant damage, however, please get in touch so we can take a closer look.
Please email hello@ivyjungle.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plant and any damage
- Photos of the packaging and box, including any visible damage
- Any other details that you think may help us understand what happened
Please keep all packaging until we've had a chance to assess the issue, as photos of the packaging can be important when determining whether damage occurred during transit.
Once we've received your photos and details, we'll assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or another suitable remedy.
💡 A few important things to remember
Plants are living things and can naturally vary in appearance. Minor leaf imperfections, small marks or slight changes in colour can occur and aren't necessarily considered damage.
We also recommend opening your parcel as soon as possible after delivery and following our Shipping & Delivery guidelines to give your plant the best possible start.
If your order arrives with an issue, don't panic, send us an email and we'll do our best to make things right.
✨ Change of mind
As our plants are living products, we don't accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind or no longer want the plant.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
