  • Can be used with water propagations, hydro and semi-hydro growing
  • Won’t shock plants or burn roots
  • Safe to use on all plants and year-round

The How-To

To refresh soil: Mix 1-2 tbsp per plant into the topsoil every 2 months, water with Grow Concentrate.

When repotting: Liberally mix into store-bought or old soil, ensuring contact with roots.

For propagation and hydro: Add 1tsp (small vessels) - 2 tbsp (hydro systems) of pellets to your water. Change water and pellets every 2 weeks, or when water starts to become cloudy.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping your new leafy pals for online delivery is surprisingly doable! They can survive without demanding a daily dose of sunshine - they're chill enough to soak up the dark vibes for a little while with the right TLC.

Each plant arrives in its own nursery pot, saving you the hassle of repotting - phew! This keeps your plant happy and healthy by avoiding root stress.

We carefully use compostable wrap, ecotape and tissue paper to ensure the soil stays where it should (in the pot). Hex wrap and packing peanuts are then placed around the leaves to protect them during transport.

When your plant arrives, be sure to gently cut through the tape on the exterior of each box. Once open, carefully snip the tape securing the plant in place, as well as the tape that is holding the soil. Voila! Your fresh new leafy friend is now ready to make a statement on a shelf or windowsill.

It's a good idea to let your new plant relax in its pot for at least 2 weeks before repotting it. This gives it time to get cozy in your place and reduce unnecessary stresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship live plants to NT, WA & TAS, due to quarantine restrictions. We ship exclusively to the non-quarantine states of VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, and SA.

All orders are sent express via Australia Post with tracking provided, and are generally dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Most orders will arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch. However, some packages can take up to 5 days to arrive during Australia Post's busy periods.

We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders $100 and over.
For orders below $100, a flat express shipping rate of $15 applies.

Returns & Refunds

Hey there, plant parent! While we don’t offer returns on change of mind, we understand that accidents can occur during transit.

On the rare chance that your plant has been damaged, Ivy Jungle is here to help you fix it.

First things first, take a deep breath and assess the situation. Is it just a few leaves that got a little bruised? Or is it a more serious injury? Remember, plants are resilient creatures. If it's a minor boo-boo don't fret! Your plant will bounce back in no time. Just give it some tender love and care, and it'll be back to its vibrant self before you know it.

Now, if your plant's injury is more severe shoot us an email at hello@ivyjungle.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll chat about sorting out a return or replacement! We will require photos of the product in question, plus photos of all packaging so we can see the issue.  If we don't hear from you within that time, congrats, your leafy pal is officially adopted!
